I am lying in bed trying to not be sick and was having a quick word with my sister. I mentioned that there's a water polo workout tonight that I don't want to go to, and I said, "I don't want to get punched in the face." (Water polo can be a bit violent.)
She said, "Just punch yourself in the face and call it a water polo workout."
She is a wise one.
